I cried after I made this one. Suffice it to say, this week has tested my strength in many different ways and I have not been able to rest. But in the midst of all the noise, there is the still, quiet voice inside that reminds me that I am stronger now than I was before. I am braver. And that makes all the difference in the world. xx.

A + R | Downtown Denton Engagement Session

I've been photographing engagement and lifestyle sessions in downtown Denton for what seems like forever, but I always enjoy the challenge of finding different ways to see what has become very familiar, new corners that I might have missed before, and any public art works that might have popped up. Here are a few shots from my A+R's engagement session recently. I had the best time exploring downtown with them and I can't wait for their wedding in North Carolina in the next few months. I know adventures that include beaches and lighthouses will be among the highlights of my entire year. xx.

Halloween: Draft 1, Option 1

I'm currently in the middle of working on collage-style album art for the cover of an upcoming EP an out-of-state female hip hop artist is releasing. This was a draft of the first option I sent them and, even though we're moving in a similar-yet-different direction, she is still my favorite Egyptian princess.
